Ingredients:

• 2- Big Carrots
• 2- medium sized Lemon
• Gingili (Till) oil
• 1 tsp – Hing Powder
• 1.5 tsp – Methi Powder
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder (Increase or decrease according to individual needs)
• Salt

Method:

  1. Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
  2. Heat about two tbsps oil
  3. Add mustard when it splutters and the hing and methi powders.
  4. Add the cubed carrots.
  5. Switch off the stove. Add salt and chilli powder.
  6. Finally squeeze lemon juice and mix. The amount of lemon juice added can be increased according to your taste.
