Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 1/2 kg – Carrots
• a bunch – Coriander leaves
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• a small piece – Ginger
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 small stick – Cinnamon
• 2 – Bay Leaves
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Grind the coriander leaves along with garlic, ginger, green chillies and cinnamon to prepare a masala.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the bay leaves. Add the masala with the grated carrots.
  4. Cook over low fire without adding water.
  5. Add salt as per taste. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
