Ingredients:

• Carrot – 6, grated
• Onion -1, medium-sized, finely chopped
• Green chilli – 2
• Coconut -1/2 cup, grated
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Serve as a side dish with rice.
