Ingredients:

• 250 g – carrots, cut into rounds and boiled
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Shallow fry carrots, chilli powder, salt and lime juice in butter for a couple of minutes.
  2. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. Serve hot.
