Ingredients:
• 3 Cashew nut biscuits
• 250 ml chilled Milk
• 1 scoop Cashew nut or Almond ice Cream (kulfi may also be used)
• 1 tsp crushed dry fruit praline
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1-2 drops Almond essence
Method:
- Crush biscuits coarsely.
- Place in electric mixer and add sugar.
- Add 50 ml milk and run to make smooth paste.
- Add ice cream, cardamom and essence and run again.
- Add remaining milk and run again till very frothy.
- Pour with as much froth as possible into individual glasses.
- Just before serving, sprinkle some praline gently in each glass to keep it from sinking below the froth.
- Serve chilled.
- Best served fresh.
