Ingredients:

• 3 Cashew nut biscuits
• 250 ml chilled Milk
• 1 scoop Cashew nut or Almond ice Cream (kulfi may also be used)
• 1 tsp crushed dry fruit praline
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1-2 drops Almond essence

Method:

  1. Crush biscuits coarsely.
  2. Place in electric mixer and add sugar.
  3. Add 50 ml milk and run to make smooth paste.
  4. Add ice cream, cardamom and essence and run again.
  5. Add remaining milk and run again till very frothy.
  6. Pour with as much froth as possible into individual glasses.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle some praline gently in each glass to keep it from sinking below the froth.
  8. Serve chilled.
  9. Best served fresh.
