Ingredients:

• 1 – Cauliflower
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – onion-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – cashew paste
• 1 – Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder

Method:

  1. Smear garlic-onion paste along with salt on the cauliflower florets and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a heavy pan, saute cauliflower on high heat and remove.
  3. Add the remaining oil, fry the onion and when it turns brown, add the tomato puree, salt, green chillies and the cashew paste.
  4. When it boils, add the cauliflower and simmer till done.
  5. Before serving, add the cardamom-cinnamon powder and mix well.
