Ingredients:
• 1 – Cauliflower
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – onion-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – cashew paste
• 1 – Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
Method:
- Smear garlic-onion paste along with salt on the cauliflower florets and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a heavy pan, saute cauliflower on high heat and remove.
- Add the remaining oil, fry the onion and when it turns brown, add the tomato puree, salt, green chillies and the cashew paste.
- When it boils, add the cauliflower and simmer till done.
- Before serving, add the cardamom-cinnamon powder and mix well.
