Ingredients:
• 1 kg – skinned chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
• 10 – dry Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – coriander
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 2 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 pieces – Ginger
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 4 – big Onions
• salt to taste
• 5 tsp – oil
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Grind the chillies, pepper, coriander, cumin, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
- Mix the ground ingredients with the chicken.
- Add salt and a little turmeric powder. Boil well.
- In another pan, pour oil and fry the onions until brown.
- Add the boiled chicken to the onions and stir for 5 minutes until it absorbs the water.
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
