Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – Ajwain seeds
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• Salt to taste
• Lukewarm water, as required
• Oil to Deep Fried
Method:
- Add maida, ghee/oil, ajwain and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Add water, knead a medium hard dough.
- Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Roll in a big sized chappati with medium thickness.
- Cut into small puris using a round mould.
- Prick with fork to avoid puffing up.
- Heat oil in a kadai and Deep Fried until light golden and crispy.
- Remove and place on a tissue and store in an airtight container.
