Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Rice flour
• 1 cup – besan
• 1 stick – Butter
• 5-6 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – coriander and Cumin seeds powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 2 tsp – Curd
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix the rice flour and besan with all the interdients. Add a little bit of warm water and prepare a soft dough (softer than chapathi dough).
  2. Grease a chakli utensil and prepare the chaklis.
  3. Deep-fry the chaklis in oil on medium flame until golden brown.
  4. Serve with curd or butter.
