Ingredients:

• 1 container – sour Cream
• 3 containers – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – ajwain

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a soft dough (add water if needed).
  2. Fill the sev machine using the chakri plate and fry until brown.
