Ingredients:
• 1 cup – shredded Coconut
• 2- Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1 – Onion (cut into small pieces)
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Grind shredded coconut, green chillies and ginger garlic paste into a fine paste.
- Add oil in a pan and add jeera. Once it splutters, add the onion and fry until it becomes golden brown.
- Then add the ground paste, garam masala, salt, turmeric and add a little water.
- Allow it to boil till the oil separates. Serve hot.
