Ingredients:
• Channa dal – 2 cup
• Sugar – 1.5 cup
• Ghee – 1/2 cup
• Cardamom – 5
• Dry fruits – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Soak channa dal for four hours
- Grind the dal coarsely without adding water and cook the ground dal
- Heat a vessel, pour ghee and fry the dry fruits and keep aside
- In the remaining ghee mash the boiled dal and cook for 10 mins
- Now add the sugar and cook for another 10 mins stirring occasionally.
- Finally add the cardamom powder and dry fruits
