Ingredients:

• 1 cup – onion pakodi (prepared ahead) and chopped into small pieces
• 1/2 cup – green spring onions finely chopped
• 1 – medium potato, boiled and cubed
• 3 tbsp – blanched green moong sprouts
• 2 tbsp – date Imli chutney
• 3 tbsp – Pomegranate pearls
• 3 tbsp – roasted Peanuts
• 2 tbsp – green coriander leaves chopped
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/4 tsp – roasted cumin powder
• 1 – small green chilli chopped (seeds removed)
• 12 tsp – lemon juice
• 3 tbsp – nylon sev
• A pinch – aamchur powder
• Salt to taste
