Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – boiled Corn
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 – cheese cubes, grated
• 1 piece – Onion
• 1.5 cups – vegetable stock
• 1 – carrot, boiled
• 1 tsp – plain flour (maida)
• 1 tbsp – Celery
• 1.5 tsp – pepper
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• salt to taste
Method:
- Fry the onions in butter, then add the plain flour and stir.
- Add the carrot, celery, pepper amd milk. Mix gradually.
- Pour in the vegetable stock, salt, boiled corn and boil for a while.
- Mix the grated cheese and serve hot.
