Cheese And Vegetable Rolls

Ingredients:

• 1 cup – cheese, grated
• 1 cup – peas, cooked
• 2 – tomatoes, peeled and sliced
• 2 cups – breadcrumbs
• 1 lump – Butter
• Dash of dry mustard
• Pepper and salt
• 1 – Egg (beaten)
• 1/4 pound puff pastry

Method:

  1. Make a puree of the peas.
  2. Mix together peas, cheese, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, butter and seasoning.
  3. Roll out the pastry, cut into squares and put a little of the mixture on each piece. Fold into rolls.
  4. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20 mins in a hot oven.
