Ingredients:

• 2 cups – flour
• 1 cup – grated cheese
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• oil for frying
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs and blend well with the milk.
  2. Mix the flour, grated cheese, chilli powder and butter together.
  3. Make a well in the centre and pour in the egg-milk mixture.
  4. Add salt and blend well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of these into hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Drain and serve hot.
