Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Milk cheese
• 1/4 cup – flour
• 2/3 cups – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – ground cheese
• 2 tbsp – chopped Celery
• 2 tbsp – chopped Spinach
• salt and pepper to taste
• bread crumbs
Method:
- Melt butter, add flour and fry for 1 min.
- Add 2/3 cup milk and stir till thick. Add ground cheese.
- Fold in milk cheese, finely chopped, 2 tbsps. celery, chopped peanuts, salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread mixture in a greased shallow pan.
- Cool, cut into fingers and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry and serve hot.
