Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – red radishes (chopped)
• 1 head – Lettuce
• 2 tbsp – mayonnaise
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 – peeled Tomatoes (halved)
• 2 – thick cheese (diced)
• 1 – small Onion (chopped)
• 1/4 cup – French dressing To prepare French dressing:
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1/2 tsp – fresh ground Ginger
• 2 tbsp – mild Vinegar
• 1 tsp – salt1/2 – Clove Garlic

Method:

  1. To prepare the French dressing:
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bottle or jar with a cover.
  3. Screw the cover on tightly. When ready to serve, remove the garlic, and shake hard to blend.
  4. Do not leave the garlic for more than a day.
  5. If the vinegar is shark, add a trace of sugar. Makes 1/2 cup.
  6. Combine radishes with mayonnaise, salt and pepper,
  7. Line a salad bowl with lettuce and place the radish mixture in the centre.
  8. Surround this with halved tomatoes, covered with the mixture of cheese and onion.
  9. Pour the French dressing over the tomatoes. Chill and serve.
