Ingredients:
• 4 – buns
• 4 – Tomato slices
• 4 – cheddar cheese slices
• For Burger patties:
• 500 g – minced Meat
• 1/2 cup – crumbled Cottage cheese (make 4 portions)
• 1 – Egg
• 2 – spring onions, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients under burger patties except cottage cheese.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Make flat rounds of the portions.
- Place each portion of cottage cheese on the flat rounds.
- Wrap the meat around the cheese and make patties.
- Grill the patties for 10 minutes, turning once.
- Place a cheese slice over each patty.
- Grill again for 1 minute till cheese melts.
- Toast the buns and split open.
- Place the cheesy patty in it and top with tomato slices.
- Serve hot with ketchup and French Fries.
