Ingredients:

• 4 – buns
• 4 – Tomato slices
• 4 – cheddar cheese slices
• For Burger patties:
• 500 g – minced Meat
• 1/2 cup – crumbled Cottage cheese (make 4 portions)
• 1 – Egg
• 2 – spring onions, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients under burger patties except cottage cheese.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
  3. Make flat rounds of the portions.
  4. Place each portion of cottage cheese on the flat rounds.
  5. Wrap the meat around the cheese and make patties.
  6. Grill the patties for 10 minutes, turning once.
  7. Place a cheese slice over each patty.
  8. Grill again for 1 minute till cheese melts.
  9. Toast the buns and split open.
  10. Place the cheesy patty in it and top with tomato slices.
  11. Serve hot with ketchup and French Fries.
