• 3 slices of day old white or brown bread.
• 1 tbsp- grated cheese
• 1 tsp – sesame or Poppy Seeds
• salt to taste
- Mix seeds, salt and cheese.
- Cut bread slices into thin cubical cylinders.
- Roll each in cheese mixture.
- Arrange on a non-stick or lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a hot over at 160C for 5 minutes or till crisp.
- Serve hot with any soup not having too many chunky vegetables
