Ingredients:

• 250g – Potatoes
• 150g – grated cheese
• 100g – besan
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes. Add the grated cheese and black pepper.
  2. Make small balls from it.
  3. Make a batter with besan, a pinch of salt, water, and 1 tsp of hot oil.
  4. Dip the potato balls in this batter and deep fry it.
