Cherry Cheesecake is a delicious Christmas dessert to make for the Christmas party. Cherry cheesecake is a time consuming recipe, you need to advance plan to make it and need to keep patience to make it. It’s make from fresh cherries, sugar, butter, cheese and lot more Ingredients. Let’s make it together.

Ingredients:

– 2 cup black cherry spread
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cup cream cheese
– 6 tablespoon soft butter
– 2 cup crumbled graham crackers
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

How To Make?

1. In the food processor, blitz the biscuits till it starts turning to crumbs, then add butter to it and again whiz it to make the clump mixture.
2. Now, add this mixture into the 20 cm tin.
3. In a bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract and beat them well until it becomes smooth.
4. Now, whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cheese mixture.
5. Now, add the cheesecake filling over the top of the biscuit base and smoothen it with the spatula. Then place it into the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
6. To serve the cheesecake, just unmould the tin and spread the black berry over the top.
