Ingredients:

• 1 kg – boneless chicken, cut in cubes
• 3 – sliced Onions
• 4 – tomatoes, cut in small pieces
• 2 tbsp – refined oil
• For Marinade Mixture:
• 250 gm – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken for two hours.
  2. Heat a kadai, pour oil and fry the sliced onions till brown.
  3. Then add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
  4. Now add the marinated chicken and stir on high flame for five mins
  5. Then cook on medium fire with closed lid for 20 mins until done.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
  7. Serve.
