Ingredients:

• 1 cup – boiled and shredded boneless Chicken
• 100 grams – Ham
• 1 tsp – Mint powder
• 2 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 2 tbsp – flour

Method:

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and saute the chopped garlic for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken, pepper, salt, mint powder and vinegar and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the ham and mix well.
  3. Mix the flour and milk together in a cup till smooth.
  4. Add to the chicken and ham and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven (355 degrees).
  7. Serve with toast and mashed potatoes.
