Ingredients:

• 250 g – boneless chicken, medium-sized pieces
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 3 to 4 – Green chillies
• 1 bunch – coriander
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 150 g – oil
• Salt to taste
• 1.5 cups – water

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander and coconut. Fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add a cup of water and simmer till it thickens.
  4. Heat oil in a medium-sized pressure cooker. Add chicken pieces and fry.
  5. |Add the gravy and 1/2 cup water.
  6. Cover and cook up to 3 whistles.
  7. Serve hot with rotis.
