Ingredients:
• 1 kg – chicken, cut into small pieces
• 6 – green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
• 3 – onions, big finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 4 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3 – Cloves
• 3 – Cardamom
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• Salt as per taste
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- In a bowl, add green chillies, soya sauce and vinegar and keep aside for about 20 minutes.
- In a kadai, heat oil and fry onions.
- Add ginger garlic paste, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, and fry for about a minute.
- Add garam masala, turmeric powder.
- After some time, add chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes.
- Now add the items mixed in the bowl (the soya sauce, chilli and vinegar mix)
- Mix well and add salt.
- Let the chicken cook and serve hot.
