Ingredients:

• 1 kg – chicken, cut into small pieces
• 6 – green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
• 3 – onions, big finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 4 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3 – Cloves
• 3 – Cardamom
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• Salt as per taste
• 4 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add green chillies, soya sauce and vinegar and keep aside for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and fry onions.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, and fry for about a minute.
  4. Add garam masala, turmeric powder.
  5. After some time, add chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes.
  6. Now add the items mixed in the bowl (the soya sauce, chilli and vinegar mix)
  7. Mix well and add salt.
  8. Let the chicken cook and serve hot.
