Ingredients:

• 1 kg – chicken, cut into medium pieces
• 2 – Cinnamon
• 8 – Cloves
• Salt
• Vinegar
• To grind (masala):
• 2 – medium Onions
• 6 – medium Green chillies
• 1 – Ginger
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 8 – pepper Corns
• Mint leaves

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken pieces in 3 cups of water, salt, cinnamon and cloves, for about 1 hour, till the meat is cooked.
  2. Grind the masala.
  3. Heat the ghee, fry one onion (sliced), then put the meat and its gravy, masala with its water, vinegar and if required additional water to make curry.
  4. Simmer for 15 mins
