Ingredients:
• 10 – Chicken Drumsticks
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 3 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• A pinch – Orange food colour
• 5 tbsp – oil.
Method:
- Wash the chicken drumsticks well and make 3 or 4 deep gashes on them.
- Apply lemon juice on them and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Mix together the ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, yogurt, green chillies, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and a pinch of orange food colour and rub well into the chicken drumsticks.
- Set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the drumsticks till tender and brown all over.
- Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
