Chicken Egg Roll

Ingredients:

• 2 – chappatis
• 2 – eggs
• Oil
• For filling:
• 1 – Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
• 1 – Onion, large, chopped
• 2 – Green chillies (optional)
• 1 – Tomato, small, chopped
• 1 Tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – Pepper, crushed
• A handful – Green peas
• Soy sauce – to taste
• Chilli sauce – to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and set aside.
  2. Beat two eggs in a bowl, season with salt.
  3. Heat a pan or tawa. Place a roti on it and once heated through, sprinkle some oil over it.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of egg over it, swirl the pan and then flip onto other side.
  5. Once the egg is done, remove from tawa.
  6. Place roti on a plate with some butter paper or foil beneath it. Now add the prepared chicken filling on to it.
  7. Roll and serve.
