Ingredients:

• 500 g Chicken
• 5 Onions
• 3 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• Cinnamon sticks
• 4-5 Cloves
• 1 tsp Fennel (Masala thick ones)
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Green Chillies, chopped
• 1/2 cup water
• Marination:
• 4 Cinnamon sticks
• 6 Garlic Cloves
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• Make paste in a little water and add 2 tbsp Lime juice
• Cooking utensils: 3 microwave bowls with lids
• 1 wooden spatula

Method:

  1. In a bowl, put chicken pieces, add marination, cover with a foil and keep in the fridge for half an hour.
  2. In another bowl, add oil, cloves, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds and chopped onion and microwave on 800 w for 5 minutes.
  3. In a new bowl, mix together ingredients of bowls 1 and 2.
  4. Mix in ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and salt .
  5. Cover and cook in microwave at 800 w for 18 minutes.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with naan or rumali rotis.
