Ingredients:

• 1 – chicken, cut into small pieces
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Dhania powder
• 2 cups – yogurt
• 5-6 – Cardamom
• 4-5 – Cloves
• 1/2 – Cinnamon stick (grounded into a mixture)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 – onion, cut into small pieces
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry onions in a pan with 6 tsp of oil.
  2. When the onions turn golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste to it.
  3. Once the onions and paste blend together, add chilli powder, salt, grounded masala mixture, yogurt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and allow it to simmer.
  4. Then add chicken.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, add dhania powder just before removing it from the stove.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
