Ingredients:

• 4 nos – Onions
• 2 nos 0 Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• few Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – Coconut
• 2 – cloves, pattai

Method:

  1. Add some oil in the pan.
  2. Saute onions and add chicken
  3. Fry for few minutes and add tomato, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and dhanya powder.
  4. Grind the coconut ,cloves & pattai, then mix it with the chicken.
  5. Add salt & water .
  6. When the gravy becomes thick turn off the fire and serve.
