Ingredients:

• Fresh groundnut paste – 100 g
• 2 – Onions
• 20 g – fresh pepper green
• Red Palm oil – 2 tbsp
• 1 – whole Chicken
• Maggi cubes – 8

Method:

  1. Heat palm oil in a big pot. Fry the chopped onions and add the groundnut paste. Keep stirring on low flame.
  2. Pour 7 cups of water initially and after boiling another cup.
  3. Boil for 30 minutes until the liquid becomes a little thick. Toss in the green pepper, Maggi cubes and salt. Mix and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and simmer for 20 minutes.
