Ingredients:
• 2 Chicken Breasts
• 1 cup Flour
• 1 cup Bread Crumbs
• 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• Oil for deep frying
• To whisk together:
• 1 cup Water
• 1/2 tbsp Soya Sauce
• 1/2 tbsp Sugar
Method:
- Take a small zip lock bag. Add 1 beaten egg, buttermilk and garlic powder.
- Mix well and add the chicken breasts and shake well. Refrigerate it for 2 hrs.
- Take another small zip lock bag. Add flour, salt, baking powder, bread crumbs. Shake the bag well.
- Now add the marinated chicken to the above bag and shake till it is properly coated with flour breadcrumb mixture.
- Deep fry the chicken till golden brown.
