Ingredients:

• 1 lb – ground Chicken
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 – crushed Green chilli
• Shan sheekh kebab masala – 1/4 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients.
  2. Form into sausage shaped kebabs and broil them in a preheated oven on a greased grill pan for approximately 5 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  3. Garnish with onions, coriander, lime and chaat masala before serving.
