Ingredients:
• 6 pcs Chicken legs
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 2 – 3 tbsp chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp sooji (rawa)
• 3 tbsp Vinegar
• salt as per taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Wash chicken and cut into pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with all the other ingredients except sooji for about 1 to 1.5 hour.
- Coat the chicken in sooji and shallow fry it. Serve hot.
