Ingredients:

• 1 kg – chicken, boneless and cut into 1′ cubes
• 1 kg – ripe tomatoes, chopped
• 500 g – Butter
• 4-8 – green chillies, chopped
• 3 tbsp – salt
• 3 tbsp – pepper powder

Method:

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add the tomatoes.
  2. Cover and cook for 5-8 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Add the chicken cubes, salt and chopped green chillies. Stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until the juices evaporate and the chicken is tender.
  5. Add black pepper and mix well. Serve with roti.
