Ingredients:

• 50 g – boiled Chicken
• 50 g – iceberg Lettuce
• 1 ml – Lemon juice
• 20 g – cherry Tomatoes
• 7 ml – extra virgin Olive oil
• 0.5 g – salt
• 0.2g – freshly crushed pepper

Method:

  1. Boil chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the lettuce and cherry tomatoes
  3. In a mixing bowl, put lemon juice, salt, pepper and add olive oil little by little while whisking.
  4. Mix the chicken, dressing, cut cherry tomatoes and chopped lettuce well. Serve.
