Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked and shredded Chicken (any leftover Chicken will do)
• 6 chapatis or tortillas
• 1 small onion, cut into thin strips
• 3 spring onions, chopped
• 1 small tomato, chopped
• 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped finely
• 1 small capsicum/green pepper, chopped finely
• 3 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 green chilli, chopped
• 1tsp – black pepper powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together (except the chapatis).
- Heat the chapatis lightly.
- Spoon the prepared mixture near one end of each chapatti and roll tightly to form a roll.
- Wrap one end of the roll with a paper napkin/silver foil.
- Serve with tomato or chilli sauce.
