Ingredients:
• 2kg – boneless Chicken
• 6 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 3.5 tsp – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 4-6 medium size – Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – black pepper
• 3-4 – Onions
• 5 tbsp – oil
• 4 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 4 – Capsicum
• 2 tbsp – chilli Garlic sauce
• salt to taste
Method:
- Add 2 tbsp of red chilli powder, salt (to taste), 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of vinegar, and 1 tbsp of black pepper to the chicken; mix thoroughly. Keep aside for half an hour.
- In a frying pan, heat 2 to 3 tbsp of oil and fry the marinated chicken.
- After 15 minutes, remove and keep aside.
- Add another 2 tbsp of oil and fry the onion, capsicum with 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 14 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp black pepper, and 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
- Fry for 5 to 10 minutes and add the mixture to the fried chicken.
- Now add 2 tbsp of oil, tomatoes, chilli garlic sauce, 2 tbsp of red chilli powder, 14 tsp sugar, and 2 tbsp soya sauce to the pan and cook well to form a sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the fried chicken and vegetables.
