Ingredients:

• Chicken
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp Methi seeds
• 1/2 tsp Saunf
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
• 2 Cardamoms
• 3 Cloves
• 1 inch piece Ginger
• 6 Red Chillies
• 1/2 kg Chicken
• 1 Onion
• 2 Tomatoes (optional)

Method:

  1. Fry all the spices in a little oil for about 5 minutes. Then grind it to a smooth paste. You can add tomatoes when you grind. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry one chopped onion. Then add the fried ground masala, and chicken. Add salt and then cook until done.
  3. Garnish with powdered coconut.
