• 1 kg – Chicken
• 1/2 kg – small Onions
• 15 – Red Chillies
• 125 ml – oil
• Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
- Clean chicken and chop it finely.
- Cut the onions into half.
- Pour oil in a kadai and add onion. Saute.
- Add red chillies and curry leaves and saute well.
- Then add finely chopped chicken and close pan with a lid.
- Then add 2 cups water. Stir occasionally.
- Let the gravy thicken.
- Add coconut and saute for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
