Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 1/2 kg – small Onions
• 15 – Red Chillies
• 125 ml – oil
• Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut

Method:

  1. Clean chicken and chop it finely.
  2. Cut the onions into half.
  3. Pour oil in a kadai and add onion. Saute.
  4. Add red chillies and curry leaves and saute well.
  5. Then add finely chopped chicken and close pan with a lid.
  6. Then add 2 cups water. Stir occasionally.
  7. Let the gravy thicken.
  8. Add coconut and saute for a few minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
