Chicken Wing Lollipop

Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken winglets
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp – gram flour
• 2 tsp – flour
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – chilli sauce
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – ajinomoto
• salt to taste
• few drops of red color
• oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken winglets.
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs well.
  3. Add gram flour, flour, corn flour, chilli sauce, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt and few drops of red colour to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
  4. Marinate the chicken winglets in the egg mixture for one hour.
  5. Deep fry on a low flame till the chicken is tender.
