Ingredients:

• 5 – Bajji chillies
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida
• salt to taste
• 2 cups – besan
• oil as required

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients, except the chilli, with besan powder and prepare the batter.
  2. Dip the bajji chillies in the batter and deep fry. Serve hot.
