Ingredients:
• 2 cheese – cubes
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 – bread slices
• 8 – Curry leaves
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• A pinch – baking powder
• A little – citric acid
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Oil for frying
• 1/2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Finely chop the onion and chillies.
- Cut cheese and bread into small cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients in besan and make a thick batter using water.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all pakoras until they turn brown.
- Serve with sauce or chutney.
