Ingredients:
• 2 – medium-sized Cucumbers
• 4 – medium Tomatoes
• 4 – medium-sized Onions
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 9 – medium Green chillies
• 2 tsp – salt
• 3 tsp – cooking oil
• 2 tsp – deghi mirch
Method:
- Peel cucumbers and boil them in an open container for 10 minutes on high.
- Alternatively, give it one whistle in a cooker.
- Mash the cucumbers after boiling and draining.
- Cut the onions, tomatoes, and green chillies into fine pieces.
- Put pan with cooking oil on the stove.
- First, add onions and fry for 4 minutes, and then add tomatoes and green chillies.
- Put salt, deghi mirch, and garam masala and fry for five minutes.
- Now, put mashed cucumber in this and keep frying for 8 minutes till all the water is gone.
