Ingredients:

• 2 – Cucumbers
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and grate.
  2. Add rice flour, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
  3. Mix well and make small balls. Roll out.
  4. Heat oil in a nonstick tava and shallow-fry on both sides.
