Ingredients:

• 1 packet- noodles
• 10- French beans
• 2 tbsp- soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 cup – sliced Carrots
• 1 cup – Spring onions
• 1 cup – Cabbage
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 2 – Green chillies
• 4 Cloves – garlic, ground to paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water with a tsp of oil. Add cold water to the cooked noodles and drain it. Separate the noodles by applying oil in fingers and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
  3. When oil starts to fume, add ground chilli garlic paste.
  4. Once the chilli garlic paste is fried, add chopped spring onion, carrot, cabbage and French beans.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir fry at high heat for about 4 mins.
  6. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, salt and cooked noodles.
  7. Stir fry for 2-3 mins and serve hot.
