Spicy Spaghetti made with chilli and garlic
2 1/4 cups spaghetti
5 large minced garlic cloves
3 crushed dry red chilli peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
1. Boil spaghetti in lightly salted water for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Drain and keep aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, crushed red chilli pepper and saute for a minute.
3. Add the drained spaghetti and cook for two to three minutes over medium heat until well mixed.
4. Add parsley and mix well.
5. Serve hot.
