Ingredients:

• 300 g – paneer/tofu (crumbled)
• 3 big – Tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 1 big – Onion (finely chopped)
• 3 – green peppers (finely chopped)
• 1/4 bunch – cilantro/coriander (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp -lemon juice
• 1 tsp – red pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 cup – hot water
• a pinch of Turmeric
• salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry the jeera and onion until done. Add the paneer and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients, except water, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add water, cover and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the water has evaporated.
